Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Processor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance procedures, and regulatory requirements in NJ and/or PA. This role involves coordinating with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure smooth and accurate closings.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate closings, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication with all parties.

Issue title insurance policies and resolve any title-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NJ and PA regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate transactions preferred.

Strong knowledge of NJ and PA real estate laws, regulations, and title procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and title software programs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
